SP68 Bianco is Arianna Occhipinti’s fresh, natural Sicilian white made from Albanello and Zibibbo. Grown organically on limestone soils, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and ageing in concrete to preserve purity. Aromas of citrus, herbs, and Mediterranean flowers lead to a vibrant, slightly aromatic palate with mineral tension. Occhipinti’s craftsmanship delivers a wine that is both expressive and elegantly understated.
