Vouchers are dispatched within 2–3 working days, carefully packaged and ready to delight. Vouchers are currently only redeemable at Blacks Corner East Boldon, The Tram Shelter and the deli. They cannot be redeemed online or at Blacks Corner Fenwick.

We deliver to mainland UK addresses using our third-party courier service, DX.
If you provide your details, DX will send you updates advising you of an estimated arrival time for your package.

No, you do not need to be at home for the delivery. Our courier partner will contact you once your parcel is collected for delivery. If you have any problem tracking your order please contact us on orders@blackscorner.co.uk

We typically pick, pack and dispatch your items within 2-3 days of your order being placed.
Cheese orders are cut to order to keep them as fresh as possible.

Our cheeseboards contain products that are cut to order and perishable. If you are purchasing a hamper as a gift we recommend selecting a collection slot, or preferred delivery date as close to your gift exchange as possible. If you are purchasing a hamper for yourself we recommend selecting a collection slot, or preferred delivery close to or on the day of use.
Due to stock availability and seasonality, we may need to replace items at certain times of year. We will endeavour to select the closest alternative where possible.
