Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
We don’t accept returns of cheese products, perishable goods, or gift cards. In the unlikely event that there is a quality concern around your parcel we will ask you to send us some photos to help us better understand the issue.
