What Will You Do?
As a Chef at Blacks Corner, you will execute all dishes to the highest standards, following menu specifications and ensuring consistency in every plate. Ideally, you have experience in a similar fresh food restaurant.
This role requires attention to detail, and you’ll thrive in the fast-paced environment of our kitchens. Your natural confidence will allow you to give calm, clear instructions during busy service periods, and your strong organisational skills will help you seamlessly manage your station.
Minimum Requirements:

This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your natural confidence will allow you to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly with both guests and the team, and deliver service with genuine enthusiasm. What Will You Do?

Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, reliable & well organised who has previous experience and an overly keen interest wine, cocktails, presentation and theatre of exciting food/drinks, as well as delivering a service experience.

Barista

Blacks Corner is Recruiting a Barista!
Are you passionate about Coffee? Do you want to take your barista experience to the next level?
We are searching for a part-time Barista, to join our team, to produce world class coffees and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We specialise in delivering a wide variety of unique produce from across the British Isles, with a focus on Artisan coffee beans from local independent roasters.
What Will You Do?
With at least 2 years barista experience, you will bring your coffee making knowledge and be a real expert performing latte art to create theatre and a buzzing atmosphere for our visitors.
We also work closely with a British grower of loose leaf teas to produce one of the best tea menus in the region and one of just two locations in the UK who offer British grown loose leaf tea for take-away, by the gram.
