Clos du Tue-Boeuf’s Pineau de la Loire (Chenin Blanc) is a pure, natural expression from the iconic Puzelat brothers. Organic farming and wild-yeast fermentation create a lively wine full of orchard fruit, citrus, and mineral notes. Aged in old barrels, it gains subtle texture without overt oak. The palate is vibrant, slightly saline, and deeply expressive of its Loire terroir. This is Chenin with authenticity and finesse.
