Roasted in Newcastle by Ouseburn Coffee Company, an independent roaster known for their meticulous sourcing and small-batch craft. They work directly with growers in Copán, Honduras - a region celebrated for its high-altitude Typica variety and washed processing method, producing beans with clarity, depth, and natural sweetness. Each batch is hand-roasted to highlight the character of its origin and the care behind every cup.
