Northumberland Smoked - Cow's Milk (P) (V)

Bright, grassy, smokey flavours from fruity through to savoury. Our most local cheese, made in Northumberland.

Devon Blue – (V)(P) Cow’s Milk - Made by Ben Harris near Totnes, Devon

A sweet and mellow blue cheese from Devon, with a caramelly – and occasionally lightly spicy – flavour profile and a pleasingly dense, fudgy texture that even blue cheese sceptics are likely to love.

Cotherstone – (V)(P) Cow’s Milk - Made by John Cross in Durham

From the last remaining producer of this ‘Dales Style’ territorial cheese – with a fresh, milky taste and bouncy citrus notes 

Northumbrian Pantry Smoky Tomato & Chilli Chutney – Handmade in Northumberland

A rich smoky tomato-based relish, with a subtle Serrano chilli warmth
