Melon Blanc from Domaine de la Cadette is an unusual Burgundian expression of Melon de Bourgogne. Organically farmed and fermented with minimal intervention, it offers bright citrus, pear, and mineral aromas. Stainless-steel ageing preserves freshness while extended lees contact adds subtle depth. The palate is crisp and clean with a saline edge. Cadette’s focus on terroir and natural precision makes this a distinctive, refreshing white.
