Jura 15 Rosso is a natural Sicilian red made from Nerello Mascalese and local varietals. Minimal intervention fermentation preserves purity, while light ageing in old oak adds subtle texture. Aromas of red cherry, herbs, and dried flowers lead to a medium-bodied, lively palate with fine tannins and bright acidity. Vino di Anna emphasizes biodynamic principles, low yields, and vineyard expression, creating a unique, energetic red that pairs well with grilled meats, pasta, and rustic Mediterranean cuisine.
