Cavas de Weinert 2011 is an aged Malbec/Syrah blend from high-altitude Mendoza vineyards. Extended barrel ageing and careful vinification produce aromas of blackberries, plum, chocolate, and subtle spice. The palate is structured yet silky, with concentrated dark fruit, fine tannins, and a long finish. The 2011 vintage shows depth and complexity, reflecting both Mendoza’s elevation and Weinert’s precise winemaking. This wine pairs with grilled or roasted meats and rich dishes, offering a mature, expressive South American red.
