Click & Collect: Father's Day Hampers
Our special Father’s Day hampers are back! We have carefully curated a range of hampers, packed full of cheese and other treats, just for that special person in your life. We have selected a wide range of British produce from beers to wines, pies to pates and charcuterie to chutney. Our full range is ready for you to order today from our online deli store, so don’t delay! You can either have your hamper delivered directly to your door or you can choose to click and collect from our deli. If you don’t see anything for you on our website, feel free to drop into our Delicatessen on St John’s Terrace and have a bespoke box made up just for you. Order before 8pm on Thursday to ensure your postal delivery slot, or before 4pm on Saturday for collection.

Father's Day In Our Restaurants
Get your family together for the ultimate Father’s Day dining experience! At our East Boldon restaurant, we have specially crafted several dishes for you and your father to indulge in. First, we have our brunch specials which will be served alongside our morning menu. We have our Black Pudding Benedict, which is crispy sourdough toast topped with black pudding from our local butchers and topped off with beautifully rich hollandaise sauce and expertly poached Cacklebean free-range eggs. We are also serving up asparagus wrapped in our signature Monmouthshire ham, again drizzled with our incredible hollandaise and topped with poached Cacklebean eggs, for that incredible pop of colour from their distinct yolk. This dish can be changed to accommodate our vegetarian dad’s as well, just let the team know when you place your order! Then from 1pm onwards, we are delighted to welcome back our incredible Porchetta. Our slow roasted pork belly rolled with seasonal herb, always goes down a treat. Served with rosemary and thyme new potatoes, it truly is a delight. We are also serving up an incredible Northeast delicacy Panackelty small plate and it is not to be missed! A hearty dish made up with produce from our local butchers, and the freshest vegetables available, all cooked to perfection. This comforting dish is not to be missed! No Father’s Day treat is complete without dessert! We have a new range of sweet treat specials to let you finish your meal in style. We have a beautiful warm plum compote, served alongside luxurious vanilla ice cream. Or for something lighter, we have a classic affogato with liqueur coffee and homemade biscotti to finish. Deli Click & Collect: Now Live!
In a rush on your lunch break and on a time crunch to get back to work? Cupboards looking a little bit bare and needing a restock of essentials? Don’t worry, we have you covered! We have just launched our brand-new click and collect service for our delicatessen and bakehouse on St John’s Terrace, so you can now order all your favourite produce online for advance collection. You are now able to skip the queue and collect an order at your allotted time. Located only a short distance from East Boldon Metro station, our full range of freshly made sandwiches are just a couple of clicks away! It’s not just sandwiches that you can order, we have a selection of our artisanal British farmhouse cheeses freshly cut to collect. We also have you sorted for accompaniments, with olives and chutneys to pair with your choice or you can even have a bottle of wine there waiting for you. That’s not all! With our new pre-ordering system, you are able to order a bag of our house OCC coffee, ground to your preference, as well as grabbing yourself something special from our range of Blacks Corner merch. Visit Our Gardens
May is seen by many as the month of Bank Holidays and as the temperatures slowly start to soar, we’ve got you covered for the best way to enjoy Blacks Corner in the sun! The Tram Shelter’s outdoor area will be serving drinks and a special food menu from our recently renovated Air Stream, so now you can take in all those wonderful views of the sea with a bottle of something special. The Tram Shelter also serves artisanal hot drinks and freshly made sweet treats from Hastings Hatch, which is located on the side of the building. Perfect to grab something quick for a stroll along the beach or to enjoy in our outside seating area. As always, our suntrap garden at East Boldon is open for walk-ins, so pop along and say hello. All our outdoor locations and bars are dog friendly so feel free to bring them along and enjoy brunch in the sun with a full range of refreshingly cool iced coffees and soft drinks. Coming To Our Menus
As the seasons change, so do the ingredients in our pantry. Afternoon Tea
Our Afternoon Tea made a triumphant return to East Boldon to celebrate Mother’s Day and Easter last month and was a sell-out success, so due to popular demand, it will be returning for good! Bookings are now open upcoming Bank Holiday Monday on May 27th at East Boldon. So, act fast and don’t miss the chance to reserve your table. We are also delighted to announce that due its ongoing success that from June onwards, our Afternoon Tea will be available to book on the last Sunday of every month. Our take on the traditional Afternoon tea is the perfect blend of sweet and savoury, including an array of our deli sandwiches, indulgent cakes and many other delicious treats. Of course, no trip to Blacks Corner is complete without cheese, so we also include a selection of the best farmhouse cheeses that Britain has to offer.
