A distinctive orange body,with blue veins spread throughout – delicately sweet, creamy and smooth in texture
Ashcombe – (T) - Made by David Jowett at Manor Farm, Chedworth, Cotswolds
Ashcombe is based on Morbier with a horizontal line of wood ash through the paste. Rich, milky, gentle flavours, reminding us of fresh hazelnuts.

A smooth and well-rounded cheese with a bright, nutty sweetness and rich depth of flavour resulting from the lengthy maturation process and Alpine-like make of the cheese.
