Ballena del Sur’s Semillon-Torrontés blends two classic Argentine white grapes to create a vibrant, aromatic wine. The Semillon provides structure, citrus depth, and creamy texture, while Torrontés brings floral aromatics and tropical lift. Grown in high-altitude Mendoza vineyards, the grapes enjoy cool nights that preserve acidity. Fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention, the wine displays notes of orange blossom, white peach, and lime zest. The palate is fresh, aromatic, and lightly textured with a clean finish. This blend showcases Argentina’s versatility and offers a delightful, fragrant alternative to more common varietal whites.
