A fluffy textured goats milk cheese – Zesty and brught with an extremely pleasant sherbet, citrus sparkle

Ragstone – (T)(P) Goat’s Milk – Made by Charlie Westhead in Herefordshire

A soft, matured goat’s cheese with a densely fudgy texture and lactic, lemony flavours reminiscent of crème fraiche.

Northumbrian Pantry Spiced Apricot & Orange Chutney – Handmade in Northumbelrand

A warm spiced chutney bursting with the fruity flavours of apricot and orange combined with juicy sultanas and a hint of garlic and coriander.
