Celler Credo’s Miranius is an organic, biodynamic-leaning Xarel·lo from the Penedès region. Made with native yeasts and minimal intervention, it highlights the grape’s mineral, citrus, and herbal qualities. Fermentation in stainless steel keeps the wine fresh and precise, while extended lees contact adds subtle texture. Aromas of lemon peel, fennel, and orchard fruit lead to a clean, structured palate.
