La Croisée de Parcelles Malbec is an unusual Loire red made from organically farmed fruit. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral barrels, it highlights purity and varietal expression. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and a hint of violet precede a medium-bodied, silky palate with moderate tannins and balanced acidity. This wine marries Loire freshness with Malbec’s rich, dark-fruited character, creating a refined, food-friendly red. Ideal with roast meats, mushrooms, or cheese, it reflects careful vineyard work and minimal intervention winemaking.
