Good Hope Bush Vine Chenin celebrates South Africa’s heritage grape through old-vine fruit grown on dry-farmed Stellenbosch vineyards. Produced by Radford Dale, it focuses on purity, restraint, and texture. The grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel with partial old-oak ageing for complexity. Aromas of stone fruit, pear, and honey blossom lead to a crisp palate with mineral freshness and subtle creaminess. The bush vines offer concentration without heaviness, reflecting the region’s granite soils and cooling coastal winds. Good Hope Chenin is a versatile, expressive white that highlights quality craftsmanship at an accessible level.
