This Gevrey-Chambertin comes from old-vine Pinot Noir in the prestigious Côte de Nuits. Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in French oak, it offers aromas of red cherry, forest floor, and subtle spice. The palate is elegant, medium- to full-bodied, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and remarkable persistence. Heresztyn-Mazzini focuses on minimal intervention to express terroir. A classic Burgundy for aging or immediate enjoyment with game, poultry, and mushroom dishes.
