Caramelised slow-roasted onions perfectly combined with naturally sweet black garlic. A tasteful balance of sweet and savoury notes deliciously captured in one jar.
An ideal condiment for serving with a selection of cheeses, white fish and meats, equally tasty stirred through risotto and pasta sauces to give a real hit of rich umami flavour.
Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate after opening, consume within 6 weeks of opening and by date shown
