Monte dall’Ora’s 2013 Amarone Stropa is a bold Veneto red made from partially dried Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. Fermentation in large oak vats followed by extended barrel ageing produces aromas of dried cherry, fig, chocolate, and spice. The palate is full-bodied, rich, and velvety, with concentrated fruit, firm tannins, and long persistence. Monte dall’Ora emphasizes traditional Amarone techniques, resulting in a wine of power, elegance, and complexity. Ideal for braised meats, aged cheeses, or special occasions.
