Medium bodied, fruity, dry natural white wine. Viura being the predominant grape, the wine is a different, fresh natural wine from the Rioja region
Harbourne Blue – (V)(P) Goat’s Milk - Made by Ben Harris near Totnes, Devon. 150g
A clean, bright cheese with light blue veining, a crumbly texture and flavours which are fresh, slightly floral and sometimes delicately sweet.
Cotherstone – (V)(P) Cow’s Milk - Made by John Cross in Durham. 150g
From the last remaining producer of this ‘Dales Style’ territorial cheese – with a fresh, milky taste and bouncy citrus notes
