Ashcombe – (T) – Cow’s Milk – Made by David Jowett at Manor Farm, Chedworth, Cotswolds

Ashcombe is based on Morbier with a horizontal line of wood ash through the paste. Rich, milky, gentle flavours, reminding us of fresh hazelnuts.
