Isle of Mull Cheddar - (T) Cow’s Milk - Made by The Reade Family near Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Scotland

A hearty Scottish Cheddar with a firm, fondant-like texture that tends to be slightly more compact than the other Cheddars we sell. Flavours range from juicy and zesty to boozy and deeply savoury.

Cornish Yarg – (P)(T) Cow’s Milk - Made by Catherine Mead and Dane Hopkins in Cornwall

A delicate yoghurt cheese wrapped in nettle leaves from Cornwall – an earthy cheese with buttery and creamy flavours

Ragstone – (T)(P) Goat’s Milk – Made by Charlie Westhead in Herefordshire

A soft, matured goat’s cheese with a densely fudgy texture and lactic, lemony flavours reminiscent of crème fraiche.
