A six-tier celebration cheese cake featuring some of the best organic cheeses from around the United Kingdom and Ireland. Serving approximately 130 to 150 people, this cake includes from base to top:

Lincolnshire Poacher - Cow's Milk - Made by  Simon Jones and Richard Tagg in Alford

West Country Cheddar meets Comté in this cheese, which typically boasts a smooth, densely creamy texture and flavours that can range from rich, savoury and brothy to long, sweet and almost pineapple-like. 4.7kg

Cornish Yarg – (P)(T) Cow’s Milk - Made by Catherine Mead and Dane Hopkins in Cornwall

A delicate yoghurt cheese wrapped in nettle leaves from Cornwall – an earthy cheese with buttery and creamy flavours. 3.9kg

Pevensey Blue -  (P) Cow's Milk - Made by Martin & Hazel Tkalez in Pevensey, East Sussex

A creamy, Gorgonzola-like blue, the flavour of which deepens and sweetens as it matures into salty sweetness with a fondant texture. 2.4kg

Gubbeen - (P) Cow's Milk - Made by  Giana Ferguson in Schull, West Cork, Ireland

A semi-soft washed rind cheese boasting a medley of savoury, nutty and fungal flavours and a bouncy, pliant texture with a pleasing bite at its pink rind. 1.1kg

Little Rollright - (P) Cow's Milk - Made by David Jowett in Chedworth, Gloucestershire

This small version of Rollright is perfect for baking. A washed-rind cow's milk cheese wrapped in a band of spruce bark, its texture is soft and glossy and the flavour milky with woody notes. 0.24kg

Karst - Goat's Milk - Made by Siobhan ni Ghairbhaith in Inagh, Co Clare, Ireland

Karst is delicate and creamy, with fresh and lemony notes. It is the sister cheese to St Tola and shares a similar flavour profile. 0.15kg

We require orders for celebration cheese cakes to be placed with four weeks notice of your collection date, to give us time to get everything ready for the big day! We will be in touch to arrange your collection date.

In the event that any of the cheeses in your order are unavailable to us, we will endeavour to source a suitable replacement for your cheese cake and will be in contact to keep you updated.
