A distinctive orange body,with blue veins spread throughout – delicately sweet, creamy and smooth in texture
100g Ashcombe – (T) - Made by David Jowett at Manor Farm, Chedworth, Cotswolds Ashcombe is based on Morbier with a horizontal line of wood ash through the paste. Rich, milky, gentle flavours, reminding us of fresh hazelnuts.
