A wonderfully dark, rich oaked compote of cassis, plum and damson fruits, it has a wonderful streak of dark chocolate, mixed with earthy all spice and an exceptionally long finish – medium bodied.

A washed rind soft and oozing cow's milk cheese, wrapped in a band of spruce bark, the texture is soft and glossy, and the flavour milky, with substantial woody notes and a hint of peanut.
