Our restaurant is located at 1 St Bede's in East Boldon in the historic building that has been known as Blacks Corner since 1918.
If you are looking for our Deli & Bakehouse you can find it just a short walk away on St John's Terrace where all of the produce used in our restaurant menu is available to purchase alongside our luxury hampers.
At Blacks Corner we support British farmers and artisan producers and our menu reflects this.
Our kitchen uses the finest British Farmhosue Cheeses & Charcuterie bringing a contemporary twist to North East dining.

Our kitchen is partially open so you can see the produce we work with on in our deli counter and our team aim to bring the theatre of the Deli Chefs to your table ensuring the atmosphere of the room feels dynamic, enjoyable and the experience is shared.
We use organic ingredients, British Farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie from native breeds describe. We believe the experience is like going to the market, selecting your ingredients and having our team prepare it fresh for you.
We serve brunch from opening to 3pm, and our main menu is available from 11am until kitchen close Tuesday through Sunday. We are closed Mondays to allow us to collate produce from our producers however you can still visit our Deli at 1A St Johns Terrace just a short walk away 7 days a week.
